Scrapbook SKETCHES -- Simple or Detailed

Wanted to take a poll regarding scrapbook (or card) sketches. You will notice that Vicki of Queen Kat Designs posted some great card sketches. We've posted some scrapbook sketches (photos of actual finished pages).

Do we need more simple or elaborate sketches?

I started out with the really simple sketches, and that's where I'm stalled. I need to see something more complicated, without taking alot of time.

Maybe that's impossible?

Seems I take at least an hour on every page I make, and those are easy ones. I'll never catch up this way.

I like quick scrapbook layouts and card sketches. I would prefer to have just the bones and then I add embellishments and other items where I would like them. Some sketches I have seen even show you where to put brads or eyelets. I don't prefer that kind of sketch.

Basic layout, different ideas for layouts, that is what I'm looking for.

Pages that can be finished quickly are good for me. But I don't like something that looks like a first grader did it. I like details. Especially ribbons, brads and such.

From the feedback so far, seems that most of you want sketches that are quick, but not necessarily "beginner" level.

Remember that you can take a very simple sketch and work it until it's very detailed and complicated.

I've seen some scrapbook pages that have been completed 3 different ways. Quick & easy level, intermediate (adding more detatil & embellishments), and advanced (adding advanced computer journaling and lots of embellishments).
